What are local citations in SEO?
A local citation is any online listing of your business name, address, and phone number, such as Yelp, the Better Business Bureau, or an industry directory.
Google uses citations to confirm your business is real and located where you say it is. The more consistent these listings are, the more Google trusts your location.
